Smoking: Smoking is permitted outside only. Any damages caused by smoking indoors will require compensation. Bathroom: Please do not dispose of paper or tissues in the toilets. Damages: Guests will be responsible for any damages to utensils, house equipment, or furniture. Parking: Only use the villa’s designated parking spaces. Legal Responsibility: We are not liable for any incidents involving drug use; guests are responsible for their own legal matters. Requests: For breakfast or extra services, please inform the villa manager by 7 pm the day prior. Energy Saving: We encourage guests to turn off lights, AC, and appliances when not in use, and to double-check the gas and electronics. Safety for Minors: Guests are responsible for child safety, including pool, fire, and electric hazards. Water Supply: One gallon of water is provided per stay; additional water is at guests' expense. Staff Availability: Staff can assist for up to 3 hours between 7 am and 11 am. Please inform the villa manager in advance if you do not require staff. Security checks may be conducted if staff visits are canceled. Security: The villa management is not responsible for theft; please ensure gates are securely locked when leaving. Cleaning: The cleaning lady is available from 11 am to 2 pm. Bakery Service: Available from 8 am to 10 am upon request. Dining: A menu for all-day delivery from a nearby café is available in the villa. Baby Amenities: Baby cribs are available upon request before arrival.
